Description
The City of Richmond is seeking a qualified and responsible firm to perform all duties of the Assessment Engineer necessary to levy annual assessments for the Hilltop and Marina Landscape Maintenance Assessment Districts for Fiscal Years 2026–2029. The contract duration is an initial three years starting July 1, 2026, with options to extend for two additional one-year terms. The work involves preparing and administering annual Engineers Reports in compliance with relevant California laws and local codes, including public presentations and coordination with county officials.
