The City of Pontotoc is seeking statements of qualifications from licensed and qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural services for the design and construction of a new public building. The project is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture / Rural Development and/or other federal and state funding agencies. The scope includes schematic design, design development, construction documents preparation, cost estimation, bidding assistance, pre-construction conference, and construction administration including inspections and payment approvals.
