The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) is seeking IM/IT professional resources to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom applications, case management modules, and secure web properties. The work includes exploring emerging technologies such as chatbot solutions and AI-powered translation tools to enhance services for internal and external users. This requirement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders qualified under Tier 1 in the National Capital Region for various IT categories. The contract involves providing services on an 'as and when requested' basis to assist with new and existing websites and Case Management Systems.
