Timmins and District Hospital (TADH) is seeking prequalification submissions from general contractors for the expansion and renovation of its Emergency Department. The project involves a vertical expansion above the existing Dialysis wing, adding approximately 19,120 square feet of new clinical space and renovating 9,427 square feet of existing space. The expanded department will include 24 patient care bays, a secure Mental Health Emergency Stabilization Unit, and a four-bay enclosed ambulance garage, with improved patient flow and safety features.
