Description

The City of San Antonio Finance Department is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to expand its financial underwriting pool. This pool consists of firms used for selecting underwriting syndicates for the City's financial transactions during the pool's term. Selected underwriters will provide professional services and perform duties as Senior Managing Underwriter and Co-Managing Underwriter for certain transactions, along with other necessary services. A pre-submittal conference will be held via Webex, and responses are due by June 3, 2026.
