The City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking bids for the comprehensive reconstruction of approximately 3,600 linear feet of Marquette Street. - Government Buyer: - City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin (managed by Shelley Waughtal) - Products and Services Requested: - Removal and installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and driveway approaches - Installation of water main and services, sanitary and storm sewer systems - Unclassified excavation, grading, subbase preparation, and crushed aggregate base course - Concrete sidewalk repair and installation (including colored and stamped concrete) - Asphaltic concrete pavement installation - Electrical conduit and wiring for street lighting - Street lighting installation - Epoxy pavement marking - Clearing and grubbing, sawing, core-drilling, traffic control and detour signage, and lawn restoration - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Bidders must review all electronic plan documents and attachments - Project includes specialty concrete work (colored and stamped), utility installations, and full street lighting systems - Traffic control and detour management are required throughout construction - Lawn and landscaping restoration is part of the project scope

Description

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) solicits bids for the reconstruction of approximately 3,600 lineal feet of Marquette Street in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The scope includes clearing, pavement removal, installation of water and sewer services, grading, concrete and asphalt work, electrical conduit and street lighting, traffic control, and lawn restoration among other tasks. Bidders are required to review all electronic plan documents and submit their bids by May 12, 2026. The project is managed by the City of Eau Claire and overseen by Shelley Waughtal.
