Description
San Mateo County Health's Aging and Disability Services division is soliciting proposals to deliver Older Americans Act (OAA) and related home and community-based services for older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers throughout San Mateo County. The services must be accessible countywide and prioritize individuals with the greatest economic and social need, including low-income older adults and those from minority communities. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030, contingent on funding availability and satisfactory performance.
