Description
The City of Chula Vista is soliciting proposals for professional consulting services to develop a comprehensive 10-15 year Fire Department Master Plan. The scope includes evaluation of current service delivery, community expectations, call volume analysis, response performance, facilities assessment, fleet analysis, and strategic initiatives. Additional deliverables include a 3-5 year Strategic Plan, Community Risk Assessment, Standards of Cover, Bottom-Up Reviews of key programs, and a Leadership Succession Plan. The consultant will also facilitate community and stakeholder engagement through various methods. The contract term is initially one year with options to renew.
