The City of Irving is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified firms with an active physical office in Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, or Collin Counties to provide professional services for Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) construction projects and other public improvement projects. Firms may apply for up to three categories including materials testing, surveying, water/wastewater, roadways, traffic engineering, drainage, environmental, structural, general engineering, and program/project management. This RFQ aims to identify qualified firms for future solicitations and does not guarantee any minimum work volume or establish an IDIQ contract.
