Prosper Independent School District (ISD) is initiating a district-wide technology refresh focused on Lenovo Chromebooks and related services: - Government Buyer: - Prosper Independent School District (ISD) Technology Department - Contact: Jessica Sargent, Technology Buyer - OEMs and Vendors: - Lenovo is the exclusive OEM specified for Chromebook devices - Chrome Education Upgrade licenses required (Google platform) - Products and Quantities: - Lenovo Chromebook (Model 83T7S0K200): - 5th Grade Refresh: 3,003 units (4GB RAM) - 4th Grade Refresh: 3,003 units (4GB RAM) - New Rucker: 1,004 units (4GB RAM) - Lenovo Chromebook (Model 83T7S0EV00): - Bridges: 2,002 units (8GB RAM) - Chrome Education Upgrade License: - One per Chromebook (total: 10,012) - Services Requested: - Provisioning for all Chromebooks, including: - Device enrollment and updating - Asset tagging - Repackaging into boxes of eleven - Delivery to specified district/campus locations - Installation, classroom deployment, and imaging beyond enrollment are not included - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Lenovo Chromebooks (specified models/part numbers) are accepted; no substitutions or alternatives - All devices must be new, unused, and compatible with the district's Google Workspace for Education domain - Vendors must be awarded under an approved cooperative or interlocal agreement - Delivery for some campuses (Rucker and Bridges) must be coordinated with construction completion - Strict adherence to specifications is mandatory; deviations will render responses non-responsive
