Description
The City of Georgetown is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals, firms, or corporations with substantial and relevant experience to provide architectural and engineering design services for the renovation and expansion of the Georgetown Recreation Center. The project includes expanding the existing facility by approximately 30,000 square feet to a total of about 95,000 square feet, with renovations to include dedicated senior space, a new gym, pool renovations, expanded administrative offices, parking expansion, and additional storage and multipurpose rooms. SOQs must be electronically submitted through the City's E-bid system by May 7, 2026, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting held in person on April 14, 2026.
