Description

Montrose County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to manage and operate a year-round coffee concession located in the post-screening areas of the passenger terminal at Montrose Regional Airport. The contract term is two years with an option to extend for an additional two years, totaling a maximum of four years. The concessionaire will be responsible for providing specialty coffee, beverages, pastries, and related items, operating consistent with flight schedules. The County will provide the concession space, utilities, and certain equipment, while the concessionaire must supply inventory, staff, and maintain compliance with all regulations.
