Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is issuing a recurring or rolling Request for Proposal (RFP) for companies interested in providing equipment, rental/leasing services, accessories, supplies, and associated services for their Performing Fine Arts departments. The solicitation covers a broad scope including theatrical equipment, musical instruments, and miscellaneous performing arts equipment and services. The RFP is open on a rolling basis until approximately July 12, 2029, with contract awards effective through November 13, 2029, including automatic annual renewals unless notice is given not to renew. Vendors must meet pre-determined criteria and be approved by the Humble ISD Board of Trustees to become an Approved Vendor.
