The City of Culver City is seeking qualified contractors to provide trenchless rehabilitation and repair services for the Lenawee Avenue storm drain pipeline system: - Government Buyer: - City of Culver City, Finance Department and Public Works Department (Engineering Division) - Project Scope: - Trenchless repair of approximately 360 linear feet (LF) of failing reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drain pipeline (diameters 48" to 78") - Optional/additional joint rehabilitation for up to 685 LF, with specific sections identified for 250 LF and 435 LF - Structural repairs, sealant replacement, debris removal, and restoration of transition structures - Engineering, permitting, traffic control, site restoration, and field investigation required - 5-year labor and material warranty required - Products/Services Requested: - Full Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, slip lining, or other proven trenchless methods for 110 LF of pipeline - Joint rehabilitation for additional pipeline sections (250 LF and 435 LF) - Concrete transition structure repair (12 LF) - Professional engineering and field services, including CCTV inspection and reporting - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must provide recommendations, scope, and cost for all labor, materials, and equipment - Proposals may include alternative trenchless solutions that meet project objectives - Green certification of company or products is preferred - Proof of insurance (general, cyber, professional liability, workers comp) required - All work must comply with city, state, and federal regulations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified contractors with trenchless pipeline rehabilitation experience
