Description

This solicitation is for the full-depth reconstruction of approximately 2,600 linear feet of Jordan Avenue in Brunswick, Maine. The project includes minor horizontal and vertical realignment of the roadway, installation of a new closed stormwater drainage system with about 2,210 linear feet of storm drain pipe, additional underdrain installation, replacement of an existing culvert with a precast concrete box culvert, construction of a new bituminous shared-use path, granite curbing, driveway and ADA ramps, guardrail installation, landscaping, and street signage updates. The work requires maintaining at least one-way alternating traffic and supporting existing utilities during construction.
