Description
This solicitation is for a statewide agreement to provide video conference and in-person foreign language interpreter services, as well as document translation services, for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), specifically the Board of Parole Hearings (BPH). The contractor will supply all necessary labor, supplies, transportation, and equipment to perform these services on an as-needed basis. Video conference interpreting is expected to be used approximately 95% of the time, with in-person interpreting about 5%, across all CDCR institutions. Document translation services may also be requested and compensated according to rate sheets.
