Description
The Governors Office of New Opportunities and Rural Transformational Health (GO-NORTH) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide evaluation services for New Hampshire's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The selected vendor will provide objective oversight, assess progress and outcomes, promote transparency, and support continuous improvement across multiple initiatives aimed at improving rural health care.
