The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can perform the following construction project: conduct roof repairs to nine buildings at the Veterans Affairs Northern California Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) in Martinez, California and Mare Island, California. There is no solicitation document at this time. The NAICS is 236220 with Small Business size standard of $45 million.
