This opportunity seeks a qualified contractor to provide sustainment and maintenance services for the Unify Telecommunication System at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Buckley Space Force Base, SBD 2 Command Post - OEMs and Vendors: - Unify (manufacturer of the telecommunication system) - Products/Services Requested: - Sustainment and maintenance services for the Unify Telecommunication System - Includes system operability, software license management, warranty compliance, remote and on-site support - Contractor must provide certified and qualified personnel - Response to malfunctions required within 48 hours - Management of repairs, parts, and replacements - Support during standard business hours, excluding federal holidays and base closures - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Personnel must be certified to maintain the Unify system without voiding warranties - Contractor must ensure uninterrupted operation and recovery from outages - Services cover both the Primary and Alternate Command Posts at Buckley SFB - Contract includes one base year with four option years

Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide sustainment of the UNIFY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM (hereafter known as Unify) requirements, Services and Maintenance.  The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervisrion, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Unify Telecommunication System Sustainment as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall ensure The Unify Service support ensures uninterrupted corrective action to recover/restore any catastrophic outages associated with theUnify Telecommunications System. The Unify Maintenance support consists of remote systems monitoring, systems diagnostics, scheduling system downtime, and dispatching a technician, when required.

The Contractor shall provide personnel certified/qualified to perform maintenance and service tasks on the Unify system as to not void any existing warranties.

This contract will be for one base year starting in July 2026, with four separate option years.
