This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.1. Description of Requirement:The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a Preventative Maintenance Agreement for Three (3) SEAL Analytical instruments. 2. Applicable Regulations:This acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).3. Set-Aside & NAICS:a. Set-Aside: Small Businessb. NAICS Code: 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.c. Size Standard: $34,000,000.004. Evaluation Criteria:The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the government price and other factors considered. Contractor shall be selected according to the following Factors, which are equal in importance. Factor 1 Technical Approach and Preventative Maintenance Plan, Factor 2 Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience of Technicians, and Factor 3 Past Performance of Similar Preventative Maintenance Contracts are of greater importance than price. 8.
