Description

The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is soliciting proposals for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony services to support its Teletypewriter (TTY) and Facsimile (FAX) to email solution and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers. The services are required to start on May 4, 2026, and be fully operational by August 5, 2026, coinciding with the end of the current contractor's services. The contract will be for a fixed term of 12 months with four optional 12-month extensions.
