Description
Armory Sanitation Services
Introduction: The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide this requirement. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. All information is strictly voluntary.
Requirement: The 37th Training Support Squadron (TRSS) seeks remediation cleaning services to mitigate lead buildup, carbon residue, in the armory at Building 950, 900 Patrol Rd, Chapman Annex 78227. This process will include a comprehensive initial deep cleaning, followed by biannual maintenance cleaning to sustain proper conditions. Bi-annual maintenance shall take place every 6 months thereafter to ensure ongoing upkeep and operational efficiency.
