Description

The Atlanta Independent School System (APS) is soliciting proposals from design-build contractors to perform demolition services at multiple sites including West Atlanta School, The Brewer Center, Pryor Street Lot, Peterson Elementary School, and Anderson Park Elementary School. The scope includes disconnecting utilities, demolishing structures and foundations, abatement of hazardous materials if required, site restoration, and permitting. A pre-proposal conference and site visits are scheduled, and proposals must be submitted online by May 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET.
