This opportunity seeks vendors to provide comprehensive Basic Life Support Services for the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, 26th MEU Command Element, Camp Lejeune - Products and Equipment Requested: - 2 tents, each accommodating 200 people, with flooring suitable for cots, gear, tables, and chairs - Tables and chairs to seat 400 people (quantities to be determined by vendor per SOR) - 22 floodlights (minimum 4000W each) with fuel sustainment, delivery, pickup, and maintenance - Mobile shower units to support 350 people daily for 10 days (total 3,500 showers), including power generation, toiletries, and at least 1 shower head per 10 people - Laundry service for 232 loads over 6 days, with secure pickup/drop-off, 48-hour turnaround, and 100% accountability for military uniforms - Services Requested: - 24/7 maintenance support with 2-hour response for equipment malfunctions - Setup, teardown, site cleanup, water delivery, and grey water removal off-installation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All tents, showers, and floodlights must be fully operational by specified dates and removed by the end of the exercise - Laundry service must include repair of damaged garments and tracking of all loads - Power generation and fuel delivery for all equipment - Accountability and security for military uniforms during laundry service - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified providers - Locations: - Primary place of performance is Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, including specific sites LZ Falcon and LZ Goose/GP-10 - Additional government facilities referenced include MCI-East MCB Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point

This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or a confirmation that the Government will contract for the services contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied.
Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable.
Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Please note that the solicitation number used for this Sources Sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes.
