Description
The U.S. Department of Navy, Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Contracting Division intends to enter into a sole source contract with 3RGI in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for the award of Aircraft Repair, Modification Oversight, and Integration Management Support to aircraft currently in possesion of the incumbent Contractor.

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted; however, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within the closing day and time of this announcement. Any submitted capability statement, proposal, quotation, or supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received shall be considered by the agency; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
