Description

This solicitation is for the construction of pavement preservation improvements on Harbour Pointe Boulevard, including planning and overlaying the road with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). The scope includes erosion control, traffic control, removals, storm installation, utility adjustments, curbing, sidewalks and curb ramps, pavement markings, vehicle detection loop replacement, relocation of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon system, signing, fog sealing, and other related work. The project must be completed within 40 working days and is funded by a Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) Grant and local funds from the City of Mukilteo.
