The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified trade subcontractors for the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Downtown Crossing Phase 2 and Central Square Station Accessibility Improvements project in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
