Description
The Flathead National Forest is withdrawing its notice of intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Mid-Swan Landscape Restoration and Wildland Urban Interface Fuels Project. This withdrawal includes the draft EIS, final EIS, and draft Record of Decision (ROD). The decision is based on recent field work concerning resource conditions. The original notice of intent was published in 2018, with subsequent draft and final EIS documents published in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
