Description

The Scientific and Statistical Committee (SSC) of the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council will hold a public meeting starting on May 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. and continuing through May 13, 2026, at 12 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the Marine Biology Lab in Woods Hole, MA, with a virtual option available via Webex webinar. The SSC will discuss multi-year acceptable biological catch recommendations for Blueline Tilefish, review survey and fishery data for Atlantic Golden Tilefish, and provide feedback on ecosystem reports and risk assessments relevant to fisheries management.
