The U.S. Department of Commerce has completed the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on low melt polyester staple fiber from the Republic of Korea for the period August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. The review determined that Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc. sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value during this period. The final weighted-average dumping margin was established at 3.02 percent. The notice includes instructions for assessment rates and cash deposit requirements for importers and exporters.
