Description
The College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to develop a modern, structured, and defensible CEO Performance Evaluation Framework and Program. This initiative aims to enhance the Council's ability to assess the CEO's performance in alignment with the organization's mandate, strategic priorities, and public-interest responsibilities. The CEO role also includes the statutory role of Registrar, which is considered in defining performance expectations and evaluation criteria. Vendors should have experience designing executive performance evaluation frameworks in public interest, regulatory, or similarly complex governance environments.
