The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is seeking Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony services to support its Teletypewriter (TTY) and Facsimile (FAX) to email solution and its Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers. The contract is to start on May 4, 2026, and be fully operational by August 5, 2026, replacing the current contractor's services. The contract duration is 11 months with four optional 12-month extensions.
