This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and notice of intent to award sole source. This is a Firm Fixed Price commercial supply acquisition that will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.3021 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
