Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Facilities Management, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide architectural services for various capital improvement projects on an as-needed basis. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) does not require firms to submit price information or work product with their submittal packages. Firms must comply with North Carolina General Statutes 143-64.31 and identify a North Carolina licensed professional responsible for the work. Submittals are due electronically by 11:00 AM EDT on May 28, 2026.
