Union County, North Carolina, through its Facilities Management department, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide On Call Construction Material Testing Services for various projects on an as-needed basis. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and firms are not required to submit price information or work product with their submittals. The services must be performed by or under the responsible charge of a professional licensed in North Carolina. The contract will support multiple capital projects, including those under $500,000, as identified in the county's Capital Improvement Plan.
