This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract for ABAQUS Renewals.  This is a BRAND NAME requirement and the compliant material is only available from authorized resellers.
