Union County, North Carolina, through its Facilities Management department, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide On Call Construction Material Testing Services for various projects on an as-needed basis. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) does not require submission of price information or work product with the submittal packages. The services must be performed by or under the responsible charge of a professional licensed in North Carolina. The contract may be awarded to up to four qualified firms, and the work will be assigned on an individual project basis, primarily for capital projects with expenditures under $500,000 as identified in the County's Capital Improvement Plan.
