Description

The Town of Needham is soliciting sealed bids for the DPW Restroom Renovation project. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package is available starting April 16, 2026, at the Administration office or online. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 23, 2026, and filed sub-bids and general bids have respective submission deadlines on May 5 and May 14, 2026. Bids must include a deposit of at least 5% of the bid value, and late submissions will not be considered. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities.
