Clark County Sheriff's Office is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide inmate jail food service for the Clark County Jail in Springfield, Ohio. The contract term is three years, from July 10, 2026, through July 9, 2029. Proposals must be submitted by May 21, 2026, and will be evaluated based on price, qualifications, ability to meet requirements, insurance, completeness, and references. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive defects that do not materially alter the contract.
