Clark County Sheriff's Office is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide inmate jail food service for the Clark County Jail in Springfield, Ohio. The contract term is three years, from July 10, 2026, through July 9, 2029. Proposals must be submitted both in paper format and electronically by May 21, 2026, and will be evaluated based on price, qualifications, and ability to meet requirements. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
