Union County, North Carolina, through its Facilities Management department, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call civil engineering services for various projects. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) does not require price information or work product submissions. The selected firms will provide services on an as-needed basis for capital projects including those in the 2026 Capital Improvement Plan and other county projects. Compliance with North Carolina statutes and licensing requirements is mandatory.
