Union County, North Carolina, through its Facilities Management department, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call mechanical engineering services for various projects on an as-needed basis. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) does not require price information or work product submissions. The contract will comply with North Carolina statutes and requires a licensed professional engineer in the state to be responsible for the work. The county may select up to four qualified firms and reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or extend the solicitation deadline to ensure a competitive process.
