Union County, North Carolina, through its Facilities Management department, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide architectural services for various capital improvement projects on an as-needed basis. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) does not require submission of price information or work product with the submittal packages. Firms must comply with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 and identify a North Carolina licensed professional responsible for the work.
