The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to lease up to 32 new, TAA-compliant Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) and 27 removable hard drives for U.S. Forces Japan, with a lease period of up to 60 months. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - DLA Contracting Services Office New Cumberland (Information Operations/EMS Division) - DLA Document Services - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; OEM specification sheets and authorized dealer letters are required. - Products/Services Requested: - Lease of 32 new Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) - Volume Band 1 (1NC): 5 units - Volume Band 1 (1SC): 22 units - Volume Band 2 (2SC): 5 units - All devices must support duplex printing/scanning, automatic document feeder, minimum 600x600 DPI copy and 1200x1200 DPI print resolution, Windows 11/MacOS 13/Server 2016+, 1GB memory, PDL print drivers, surge protection, and basic finishing (stacking, collating, stapling) - Security: Encrypted hard drives (NIST SP 800-88, FIPS 140-2/3), DISA STIG compliance, FIPS encryption, NIST supply chain risk management - Devices must be new and TAA compliant - Lease of 27 removable hard drives - Services: - Delivery, installation, assembly, and testing (within 60 days of order) - On-site end-user and key operator training (in English, with guides and digital materials) - Full-service maintenance (90%+ weekly availability, 4-hour/8-hour response times) - Consumable supplies (excluding paper) - Device relocation (within 50 miles, with options for longer distances) - Technical refresh and ongoing testing - Device removal and hard drive sanitization (within 45 days of contract end) - Usage and maintenance reporting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All devices must be new, TAA compliant, and meet strict security/network standards (DISA STIG, FIPS, NIST) - OEM specification sheets and authorized dealer letters required - Compliance with NIST supply chain risk management - Technical refresh and device testing throughout contract - Option to order up to 20% additional devices within 24 months - Place of Performance: - Various U.S. Forces Japan locations (including Yokota, Japan) - Delivery may be required in CONUS or OCONUS Japan - Contracting and testing offices in New Cumberland, PA
