The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking multiple consulting firms for Master Term Agreements to provide Site Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and Surveying Services across all New York State counties. - Government Buyer: - State University Construction Fund (SUCF), Procurement Office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in this solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Site infrastructure consulting services, including: - Modifications, replacements, or additions to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and communications systems - Roadways, parking, signage, fencing, amenities, athletic fields, and related improvements - Surveying, utility location, stormwater management, traffic studies, landscape, geotechnical investigations - Field administration, inspection, progress reporting, and biweekly meetings during construction - Planning services such as investigation, design scenario analysis, peer review, and cost estimates - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Each project under these agreements is limited to a maximum construction value of $15 million - Electronic submission of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) via the SUCF website is required - MWBE participation goals: 15% Minority-Owned, 15% Women-Owned - SDVOB participation goal: 6% - Compliance with the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act - No similar contracts have been awarded by SUCF in the past five years - Place of Performance: - Statewide across all New York State counties - Contracting office located at H. The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking multiple firms to enter into Master Term Agreements for Site Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and Surveying Services across New York State. Projects may include modifications or additions to site infrastructure systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, roadways, parking, signage, athletic fields, and related services, with a maximum project value of $15 million. Services during construction include field administration, inspection, and progress reporting. Consultants must register on the SUCF website to receive the RFQ and submit Statements of Qualifications electronically by the due date.
