The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) is seeking a Continuous Improvement Expert (CIE) to partner with The Jean Massieu School of the Deaf, designated as a springboard school, to develop and implement a school improvement plan aligned with Utah Code and a needs assessment. The CIE must address root causes of low performance and facilitate implementation activities. Providers must be USBE pre-approved and have knowledge of educational approaches for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students, with fluency in American Sign Language highly preferred.
