The City of St. Albert is seeking proposals for an Owner's Representative to act as an IPD Coach for the Downtown Utilities Renewal Project. The consultant or firm must have comprehensive expertise in the Canadian construction industry, IPD scheduling, project validation, agreements, and lean strategies. The contract duration is approximately 29 months, starting around May 30, 2026. The successful proponent cannot provide design or construction services for the project while acting as the Owner's Representative.
