This opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services supporting Aviano Air Force Base and geographically separated units (GSUs) in Italy. - Government Buyer: - 31st Contracting Squadron (31 CONS), United States Air Force, 31st Fighter Wing - 31st Civil Engineering Squadron (31CES/CENM) - Services Requested: - Title I (pre-construction and design): - Includes obtaining permits, preparing preliminary and final designs, cost estimates, specifications, and contract drawings - Deliverables include digital CAD files and compliance with Italian building codes and U.S. Air Force standards - Title II (construction phase): - Inspections, quality assurance, progress schedule monitoring, non-compliance reporting, and assistance with claims/dispute resolution - Other A-E Services: - Planning, environmental studies, post-design services (as-built/record drawings), consultation during construction (RFIs, change orders, evaluation of contractor proposals) - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with both Italian and U.S. Air Force building codes and standards - Coordination and quality assurance throughout design and construction phases - Submission of SF 330 qualifications packages demonstrating specialized experience, professional qualifications, past performance, and capacity - Approximately four contracts will be awarded, with a total shared capacity of $9.9 million over five years - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the procurement is for professional services, not products - Place of Performance: - Aviano Air Force Base and GSUs within Italy - Contracting office located at FA5682 31 CONS (UNIT 6102), APO AE 09604-9001

Description

The 31st Contracting Squadron requires an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract vehicle to provide Title I, Title II, and Other Architect & Engineering (A-E) Services to support Aviano Air Force Base and Geographical Separated Units (GSU) located within the Italian territory.  The IDIQ contract will be utilized to support facility sustainment, restoration, modernization and sporadically new construction projects for the 31st Fighter Wing and all mission partners.
