The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park have a requirement for the following project; To perform Rehabilitation of the Maintenance Complex Roofs at Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. The work will address the abatement of all existing asbestos-cement roofing, removal and replacement of rotted roof sheathing, and replacement of slate shingles where required. Installing new sub roofing and roofing in areas required. Removal and replacement of rotted sheathing will require complete removal of all roofing materials. Sounding and salvaging existing slate shingles for reuse and repairing the gutter system.This procurement is being set aside for Small Business. If your company is interested, submit your detailed capabilities in writing to demonstrate the same or similar experience to this project.
