Description

This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. 70Z02326Q93100001. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Contracting and Procurement Robotics and Autonomous Systems (CG-RAS-C) invites your company to submit a quote.

This RFQ is a Small Business set aside, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335910, Business Size Standard - 1,250 Employees, and Product Service Code (PSC) 6140 – Batteries, rechargeable.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition.

Offerors shall submit their quotation via email to SMB-COMDT-LST-CG-RAS-Contracts@uscg.mil no later than April 20, 2026, 1:00 PM EST. There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the USCG. All submissions shall reference your company’s name and the RFQ number in the subject.

The data in your quote shall be compatible with Microsoft Office and/or Adobe. Due to Coast Guard email limitations, quotes shall not be more than 5 megabytes total. Compressed or zipped files will not be accepted.

This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort, nor a promise of future direction to proceed.
